Alex Jurczynski is the head coach for the Siena College Baseball program. Prior to Siena Alex spent six years on the coaching staff for Princeton Baseball where he was an assistant coach and the program’s recruiting coordinator. During his time there he helped develop 11 players who were either drafted or signed by MLB organizations. He also spent time as the assistant director of Prep Baseball Report.

Casey Powell is an accomplished lacrosse player. While playing for Syracuse University, he was a four time All American and two-time National Player of the Year. He was selected to play on four United States National teams and was captain of Team USA in 2006, 2011 and again in 2015. He is named to the Inside Lacrosse All-Century team, MLL All-Decade team, North Country Sports Hall Of Fame, Upstate Lacrosse Hall of Fame, and the National Lacrosse Hall of Fame.

Casey is the owner and director of lacrosse education for CP Lacrosse which runs camps, clinics, and tournaments nationally. Along with his brothers, their brand Powell Lacrosse designs, manufactures, and sells the world’s best lacrosse sticks.

Dr. Gerald Stulc is a retired cancer surgeon with a life-long study of military and medical history. He served for over fifteen years as flight surgeon in the US Navy Reserves, retiring as Captain. Following retirement, he obtained his MFA degree in Creative Writing.

He is the author of numerous scientific papers, and articles and presentations on military and medical history. He is currently writing a creative nonfiction book on the history of military medicine, from Greece and Rome, to Iraq and Afghanistan. Dan Gabelman is the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Union College, where their hockey team won the National Championship in 2014. In his role, he supervises and applies the strength and conditioning programs for more than 600 student-athletes across 26 sports.

Gabelman came to Union from Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning (MBSC), one of the most respected strength and conditioning coaches in the field. He served three years as a strength and conditioning coach as well as a private trainer. Gabelman's responsibilities included program design, strength training, mobility and activation, Olympic lifting, system development and drill development and scheduling. Tay Fisher is the founder of Tay Fisher’s Fundamental Basketball Camp. He is also known as “Firefly” playing basketball for the World-Famous Harlem Globetrotters from 2009-2019. Tom Smalley received his Masters of Science in Exercise and Sports Science with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning from Merrimack College. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. In addition, he holds a USAW Level 1 Weightlifting Coaching certification and a Level 1 Coaching certification from Precision Nutrition.

He is currently the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at Impact Athletic Center and co-created Anxiety in Athletes – a task force and online resource center with the help of the IOCDF. Smalley has a strong passion for weightlifting and began competing in 2021, 8 years after his mental health forced him to put a halt to his athletic career. Alison Synakowski is the Clinic Director, a Physical Therapist, and an Athletic Trainer for Suarez Sports & Orthopedic Physical Therapy. She has a passion for working with female athletes to return to sport following an injury, reduce the risk of injury and increase overall performance.

Alison is trained and experienced in advanced ACL prevention and rehabilitation. She received her Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certification to treat golfers and is currently Medical Level 2 certified. Alison has also been trained in well-known techniques such as McKenzie, SFMA, and Maitland and has experience getting to the root cause of chronic pain. She loves to treat people who have previously been told there is no hope to get them out of pain and then watch them progress back to being themselves!
